SOLID Properties is a Washington, D.C. property owner and manager focused on affordable rental housing. Our residents include long-term Washingtonians who've raised families in our buildings, working professionals, retirees on fixed incomes, and people getting back on their feet after a tough chapter.

We invest in our buildings because the people in them deserve good homes. Renovations to balconies, roofs, doors, windows, and security systems aren't marketing moves — they're commitments to the people who live there.

And we kept our maintenance team in-house, on our own payroll, because residents shouldn't have to wait days for a vendor when something breaks.
